Collaborating with our team to define project objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish our approach to the project
Leading stakeholder, expert interviews, workshops and client presentations
Conducting desk and audience research activities
Assembling research strategic insights into presentations
Selecting appropriate frameworks, tools and approaches to use in solving client problems
Demonstrating expertise in a range of skills, such as qualitative and ethnographic research, content planning, brand positioning, customer / market research etc.
Becoming an expert on the emerging behaviours, technologies, and companies that are changing our client’s businesses
